The Losness Group employs a dynamic staff, each selected and
appointed to their role to provide our customers with the information they need to navigate the Silicon Valley real estate market. We pride ourselves in maintaining a customer-driven focus, and consider the relationships we build along the way to be one of the founding principles of our core business plan.

Founders
	Aaron Losness: Chief Financial Officer aaron@losnessgroup.com Aaron holds a B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University, and an M.B.A. from Notre Dame De Namur University. Aaron received his broker’s license in 2002, an appraiser’s license in 2003, and is an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. His breadth of knowledge and years of expertise have enabled him to provide skilled property evaluations and financial analysis to all of his clients.
	Christian Losness: Chief Apartment Specialist christian@losnessgroup.com Christian’s real estate career began in 1999 when he opened an owner/builder company servicing Northern California. He spent several years refining his career with top agents in the largest national investment real estate firm. Currently, he single-handedly heads both the Business Development & Training Division, and the New Syndication Department of the Losness Group.

	Geoff Mack: Apartment Specialist gmack@losnessgroup.com Geoff has a definitive history in the area of marketing and sales, receiving many awards for outstanding sales records, including his personal best: selling the highest priced 4-plex in the West San Jose area. Geoff studied the real estate business while working with the largest commercial real estate firm in the nation.
	Britt Thomas: Branding and Marketing bthomas@losnessgroup.com Britt was raised in Pennsylvania, but developed an early affinity with California and its real estate market. An alumnus of San Jose State University, she has lived in Silicon Valley for the last fifteen years, giving her a great understanding of bay area real estate trends. Britt can find the perfect property for you, which will accommodate the most discerning tastes and enable you to experience all that the bay area has to offer. Britt joined the Losness Group in August 2007, where she supports the branding and marketing initiative.
	Carter Bennett : Apartment Specialist Carter@losnessgroup.com Carter worked his way up to become the Marketing Manager at a management consulting and training company before joining Losness Group. His experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and designing brochures, postcards, webpage designs, email, and web seminars helps him give his client’s properties the broadest exposure to Losness Group’s comprehensive database of buyers, investors, and owners. Carter graduated with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Denison Universiy. He is an avid backpacker, reader, and runner.
	Joel Calvillo : Commercial/ Residential Real Estate/ Loan Modification/ Short Sale Specialist Joel@losnessgroup.com With the addition of Joel’s can do attitude, outside the box thinking and leadership experience to the Losness Group, we have strengthened current Commercial efforts as well as expanded our service offerings to include Residential Real Estate, Loan Modification and Short Sale. We are now better able to service the requests and needs of our clients in this ever-changing Silicon Valley real estate market. Joel is continuously looking for ways to better serve our clients by keeping up with the latest Residential market trends and Loan Modification/Short Sale Initiatives. Joel is bilingual in both English and Spanish, which has proven beneficial in growing both existing and new relationships within our Latino community. Joel is a native of the Bay Area and lives in Santa Clara with his wife and two children.
	Bryce Acosta : Apartment Specialist Bryce@losnessgroup.com Bryce’s outgoing and energetic personality combined with his excellent finance and communication skills has helped grow our company’s network of investors. In the short time since joining the Losness Group he has successfully closed loan modifications and short sales. In addition to client relationships, he takes an active role in community involvement through volunteer tutoring and community service. Bryce enjoys golf, hockey, reading, social events and all outdoors activities.
	Ryan Muzinich : Chief Property Manager Ryan@losnessgroup.com Ryan Muzinich comes to us with the determination and experience needed to handle all of your managerial needs. Ryan attended college at Cal State University Chico where he received his BA in Business Marketing in 1996. Additionally, Ryan is a graduate of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a California State Certified General Electrician, as well as maintaining an active real estate license. Ryan has well established relationships with all manner of contractors and is prepared to handle any and all repairs, maintenance, emergencies, and upkeep for virtually any property in a professional, cost effective, and timely manner. Ryan takes a very active roll in the management of properties handling any and all problems so that our clients don’t have to do it themselves unless they wish to be personally involved.
