Founders
	Larry Losness: President larry@losnessgroup.com Larry was with the largest real estate investment firm in the United States for 8 years building the largest team in the number one office. Recently he has been awarded several times by the San Jose Business Journal including being elected to the “40 Under 40” People to Watch in Silicon Valley in 2006 and the “Who’s Who” list in Silicon Valley in 2007. His new company has been written up in 2007 as well. The article focused on what specializing in Silicon Valley Apartments can do for apartment investors through added value brokerage and expertise. Also outlined in the article was his investment strategy for creating wealth, improving cash flow and simultaneously eliminating management. In 2006 the Tri County Apartment Association asked him to speak twice to their investors and in 2007 he was the speaker for the California Apartment Associations annual Conference and Expo. Topics covered investment strategies, forecasting the local apartment economy and retiring early with a high net worth and significant monthly cash flow through apartment acquisitions and portfolio management. 	Aaron Losness: Chief Financial Officer aaron@losnessgroup.com Aaron holds a B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University, and an M.B.A. from Notre Dame De Namur University. Aaron received his broker’s license in 2002, an appraiser’s license in 2003, and is an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. His breadth of knowledge and years of expertise have enabled him to provide skilled property evaluations and financial analysis to all of his clients.
	Christian Losness: Chief Apartment Specialist christian@losnessgroup.com Christian’s real estate career began in 1999 when he opened an owner/builder company servicing Northern California. He spent several years refining his career with top agents in the largest national investment real estate firm. Currently, he single-handedly heads both the Business Development & Training Division, and the New Syndication Department of the Losness Group.

	Geoff Mack: Apartment Specialist gmack@losnessgroup.com Geoff has a definitive history in the area of marketing and sales, receiving many awards for outstanding sales records, including his personal best: selling the highest priced 4-plex in the West San Jose area. Geoff studied the real estate business directly under Larry Losness while working with the largest commercial real estate firm in the nation.
	Greg Stephens: Apartment Specialist gstephens@losnessgroup.com Greg has a rich family history in the real estate business with his mother and siblings all being highly successful agents. Having co-owned and operated commercial properties in foreign markets such as Ibiza, Spain; Greg’s real estate knowledge is a culmination of hard work and a commitment to his clientele. The skills he picked up during his previous position at the largest privately owned real estate firm in San Francisco is a valuable asset to the company.
	Britt Thomas: Branding and Marketing bthomas@losnessgroup.com Britt was raised in Pennsylvania, but developed an early affinity with California and its real estate market. An alumnus of San Jose State University, she has lived in Silicon Valley for the last fifteen years, giving her a great understanding of bay area real estate trends. Britt can find the perfect property for you, which will accommodate the most discerning tastes and enable you to experience all that the bay area has to offer. Britt joined the Losness Group in August 2007, where she supports the branding and marketing initiative.
	Leah Hernandez : Real Estate Specialist Lhernandez@losnessgroup.com Leah was born and raised in south San Jose. Her expertise in facilitating escrows is unparalleled. Leah's vast knowledge of the local real estate market is essential to any prospective client.
