Founders
	Aaron Losness: Chief Financial Officer aaron@losnessgroup.com Aaron holds a B.A. in Finance from San Jose State University, and an M.B.A. from Notre Dame De Namur University. Aaron received his broker’s license in 2002, an appraiser’s license in 2003, and is an active member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors. His breadth of knowledge and years of expertise have enabled him to provide skilled property evaluations and financial analysis to all of his clients.
	Christian Losness: Chief Apartment Specialist christian@losnessgroup.com Christian’s real estate career began in 1999 when he opened an owner/builder company servicing Northern California. He spent several years refining his career with top agents in the largest national investment real estate firm. Currently, he single-handedly heads both the Business Development & Training Division, and the New Syndication Department of the Losness Group.

	Joel Calvillo : Commercial/ Residential Real Estate/ Loan Modification/ Short Sale Specialist Joel@losnessgroup.com With the addition of Joel’s can do attitude, outside the box thinking and leadership experience to the Losness Group, we have strengthened current Commercial efforts as well as expanded our service offerings to include Residential Real Estate, Loan Modification and Short Sale. We are now better able to service the requests and needs of our clients in this ever-changing Silicon Valley real estate market. Joel is continuously looking for ways to better serve our clients by keeping up with the latest Residential market trends and Loan Modification/Short Sale Initiatives. Joel is bilingual in both English and Spanish, which has proven beneficial in growing both existing and new relationships within our Latino community. Joel is a native of the Bay Area and lives in Santa Clara with his wife and two children.
	Carter Bennett : Apartment Specialist Carter@losnessgroup.com Carter worked his way up to become the Marketing Manager at a management consulting and training company before joining Losness Group. His experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and designing brochures, postcards, webpage designs, email, and web seminars helps him give his client’s properties the broadest exposure to Losness Group’s comprehensive database of buyers, investors, and owners. Carter graduated with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Denison Universiy. He is an avid backpacker, reader, and runner.
	Raul E. Richardson: Real Estate Broker rerchardson@losnessgroup.com Graduate from SJSU with an Industrial Engineering and MBA, Raul has been a lifelong resident of the Bay area, a home owner in San Jose and a multi-unit investor in both Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. He has experience with brokering apartment buildings and single family residences, in addition to providing full representation in all faces of residential and incoming producing properties. As a licensed Broker and trained Realtor®, Raul has the expertise and education to guide you stop by step in selling your apartment building or home and helping you to buy the home investment properties of your dreams. He later directed his career into finance and real estate, working for the Builder Division of NorWest. Eventually, he started up several branch mortgage/real estate offices that garned top national recognition. Eddie's financial experience and qualifications grew into the private equity sector for funding large cap (real estate component) commercial projects. His professional experience, business knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational skills have given his clients advantages and opportunities for successfully reaching their goals. Eddie has two daughters currently attending Sonoma State University and UC Berkeley. He currently resides in Morgan Hill with his wife.
	Geoff Mack: Apartment Specialist gmack@losnessgroup.com Geoff has a definitive history in the area of marketing and sales, receiving many awards for outstanding sales records, including his personal best: selling the highest priced 4-plex in the West San Jose area. Geoff studied the real estate business while working with the largest commercial real estate firm in the nation.
	Bryce Acosta : Apartment Specialist Bryce@losnessgroup.com Bryce’s outgoing and energetic personality combined with his excellent finance and communication skills has helped grow our company’s network of investors. In the short time since joining the Losness Group he has successfully closed loan modifications and short sales. In addition to client relationships, he takes an active role in community involvement through volunteer tutoring and community service. Bryce enjoys golf, hockey, reading, social events and all outdoors activities.
	Michael Williams: Apartment Specialist Michael@losnessgroup.com Prior to joining the Losness group, Michael brings 3 years of experience in property management helping apartment building owners decrease their costs and maximize their investments. Michael’s goal is to assist his clients in accumulating investment real estate as a vehicle to long term wealth building. Michael specializes in the acquisition, disposition and 1031 exchanges services of Multi-family Investments in Santa Clara County. Michael is distinguished for his putting his client’s interests first, strong work ethic, and degree of professionalism. Michael received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University. Michael was born and raised in Mountain View, and currently resides in Campbell, CA. He enjoys golfing, hiking, surfing and many other outdoor activities.

With over 10 years of commercial real estate lending experience, he most recently worked as a Relationship Manager for Washington Mutual Bank, originating commercial loans in the $1M - $10M range. Larry obtained his CA real estate license in 1991, sold residential real estate for several years, and has held a CA Broker license since 2006. He is proud to bring a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to his clientele, helping building owners and commercial investors with their trading decisions and investment goals. Larry resides in Santa Cruz, is an avid golfer, likes to travel, and is the father of 3 children.
